Support page for game players

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Games which are using Unity Web Player and Adobe Shockwave Player no longer work in Chrome Browser. So, if the game is not loaded, and instead a gray area is appeared like on picture below:

then you should copy (mark URL and CTRL + C) URL from Chrome Browser navigation (for example: http://www.bmxgames247.com/street-sesh-3), open FireFox Browser and paste (CTRL + V) URL into Firefox navigation area above. Hit the Enter after you paste URL.

Other cases: If our game is not loaded properly then something is wrong with Adobe Flash Player or Adobe Shockwave Player, or simply your browser is blocking necessary plugins so game can not start. Either way, we will help you to remove problem so you can continue playing our games unhindered. Let's get started:

First of all, you have to check do you have updated version of Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Shockwave Player. If you have updated version of these players then skip this step and move to step below.

Second, choose what operating system you are using: Windows or Mac (OS X)
Then under appropriate operating system find your current browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer) which you are using to play online games and after that just follow steps how to enable plugins.

- Windows -

- Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Choose Firefox > Tools > Add-ons or use CTRL + SHIFT + A keys as a shortcut
  2. Select Plugins
  3. In the list, look for Shockwave Flash (another name for Flash Player) or Shockwave for Director and check the status that appears to the right of the plug-in name.
  4. Select Always Activate

- Chrome:

  1. Type chrome:plugins in the address bar to open the Plug-ins page.
  2. On the Plug-ins screen that appears, find Adobe Flash Player or Shockwave for Director Player on the list. Check the status (Enabled or Disabled).
  3. Click Enable.
  4. Select Always Allowed to always allow player to run.

- Internet Explorer:

  1. Click the Tools icon in the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer. (The icon looks like a cogwheel.)
  2. In the pop-up menu that appears, click Manage Add-ins.
  3. In the dialog box that appears, select Toolbars and Extensions.
  4. In the list of Add-ons, look for “Shockwave Flash Object” (another name for Flash Player) and “Shockwave ActiveX Control”. In the Status column, check to see whether mentioned add-ons are Disabled. If they are disabled, select both of them.
  5. In the lower-right corner of the Manage Add-ons dialog box, click Enable.

- Mac (OS X) -

- Safari:

  1. Choose Safari > Preferences.
  2. In the Security tab, make sure that Allow Java and Allow All Other Plug-ins are enabled.
  3. Close the Preferences window.

Also some games are built on Unity platform and therefore it is required Unity Web Player to be installed to play them. If you don't have installed this player then visit Unity - Web Player Download page.
